Party Policies & Procedures
Color Me Mine is, as always, non-toxic, lead free and food safe. No apron required as all paint is water-based washing right off hands or clothes with water!
• PRIVATE EVENT BOOKING: Private Party/Event are only scheduled either: 10am-12pm or 6pm-9pm.
• MINIMUM NUMBER OF PAINTERS
A minimum of eight painters is required to use the party room. We encourage adults to join the painting fun as you may substitute adults/children to reach the 8 painters minimum.
• POTTERY AVAILABILITY
All bisque/ceramics is subject to availability and we can’t guarantee to have the same stock on your next visit. We are more than willing to keep piece(s) back if you preselect ceramics in advance or place special ceramics selection order minimum 2 weeks in advance. *We recommend to pick out pieces in advance and we set them aside for the party.
Feel free to increase the number of guests attending by contacting us.
• FINISHED PIECE PICKUP
The party host will pick-up all masterpieces on your indicated pick-up date. *All pieces are held for 30 days.
You are welcome to decorate. We ask that you use paint friendly tape and make sure you remain within the party time frame setup and decorations.
• PARTY ROOM
Any event with a total number of guests over 25 people will be charged as a "Private Party Package $400" rate. *Guests are all people that stay for the party (parents, children, etc.) whether they paint or not. *$50 for each additional 30 minutes – if available.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your event, with the balance of the payment due upon completion of the event. The deposit amount is applied to the final bill. If you need to reschedule or rebook, please do so in writing 7 days in advance.
