How It Works
Our Party Policies!
Please begin by reading and agreeing to our Party Policies . . .
The Fine Print:
FOR KID AND ADULT PARTIES:
• The Party Fee of $100 is required to hold the date & time for your event.
• Pieces chosen for the party must be at least $10 per piece per person.
• The day of your party you will pay for your pottery pieces, gratuity & any additional painters.
• You may show up 15 minutes prior to your party to set up any food, drinks, desserts & party favors you are bringing.
• Should you need to cancel your event please let us know at least 24 hours in advance in order for us to issue you a store credit.
• A 10% gratuity is applied to all parties.
• Pottery pieces are individually priced and not included in the party price.
• Studio discounts do not apply to party room events.
• Pieces will be ready for pick up about a week after your event. You will be notified by phone when your items are ready. Please note: there is no individual pick ups on child parties.
• Minimum Notice for Booking Online: Please give us at least 3 days notice before booking a party online! All of our parties are assigned a team member, and we need to be able to give you the attention and service you deserve! If you MUST party right away (we can relate!), please call the studio and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
FOR GIRL SCOUT BADGE WORK EVENTS:
• Thank you for choosing to work toward your Badge at Color Me Mine! We’re looking forward to serving you. Below is the basic stuff you’ll need to know prior to your event:
• You are able to set up 10 minutes before your event starts.
• You are welcome to bring in any kind of food & drink you like but please no confetti or wall decorations.
• A 10% service fee is required for all badge work events
• Your deposit will be applied to your balance the day of the event & will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
• No separate checks or individual pick-up on badge projects please.
FOR GIRL SCOUT PARTIES:
• Thank you for choosing to host your Troop party at Color Me Mine! We’re looking forward to serving you. Below is the basic party stuff you’ll need to know prior to your event:
• All Troop parties of eight painters or more held in the Color Me Mine party room receive a 10% discount on studio fees & pottery pieces!
• Children's pieces need to be picked out in advance
• You are able to set up 10 minutes before your party starts
• You are welcome to bring in any kind of food & drink you like but please no confetti or wall decorations
• A 10% gratuity is required for all parties
• Your deposit will be applied to your balance the day of the party & will be forfeited in case of cancellation
• You will be charged for a minimum of 8 painters, so make sure everyone can come
• No separate checks or individual pick-up on troop parties
